Adjustments might be necessary based on height, particularly for those under 5'3", who might find a multiplier of 10 more sustainable.

This phase is about increasing your calorie intake slightly above maintenance while prioritizing strength training. With added muscle, you'll burn more calories at rest. Now, you can achieve further fat loss even on a higher calorie intake than before. The focus remains on high protein intake, consistent strength training, and maintaining or slightly increasing your step count to avoid plateaus.

Phase Four: Maintenance
The final phase is all about sustainability. With a stronger, leaner body and a higher metabolic rate, you can enjoy greater food freedom. This phase is not just about maintaining physical results but also about living the values you've cultivated—like prioritizing protein, choosing nutrient-dense foods, and staying active—which are now integral parts of your life.

 

Throughout these phases, remember that body transformation is a progressive and non-linear process. It's about making consistent, small improvements and not getting discouraged by occasional setbacks.
