My journey toward better health started with a wake-up call: seeing the results of my body scan and discovering I had over 40% total body fat. I was horrified and knew I couldn’t go on like that. I didn’t care what it would take—I just knew I had to change.
As a night worker and nurse, I’d fallen into a routine of grabbing quick meals and sacrificing sleep for work. My clothes were getting tighter, and I kept buying bigger sizes, but it still didn’t register. It wasn’t until I saw my friends’ transformations that I thought, What are they doing? Whatever it is, I need to do it too. That’s when I found Kurt and started this incredible journey.
The Challenges I Overcame
The hardest part for me was my sleep schedule. Flipping between night shifts and day shifts threw me off completely, and I didn’t see progress until I stayed consistent.
